Message	but the wife wants to move back to the small town we were raised in. The shop has allot of potential (so im happy) and the house will be nice after i do all the work to it. We are looking at wood floors, new windows, new central heat and air, Building a deck, redo the kitchen with all new stainless appliances, and redo the bathroom. In all actuality my first house was a far better deal then the new house we just bought. I picked it up for $19,000 @ 980 sq/ft and it was completely remodeled w/garage ~7min from work (~25min from work now). With me being 18 at the time I couldn’t pass up a house payment of $117/month. Right now I’m just picking up decent homes that need some work then turning them into rental property (living in them just long enough to escape the capital gains tax.) I'm planning to build our next house, if I don’t buy one of my dads rental properties off of him first. The bank just loves giving me money seeing as how i have a perfect credit history. ^_^ Not to shabby for being 22 if I do say so myself. If only my usage and spelling skills were better!!!!
